Hegel's 250th birthday is in 2020 - his famous and infamous publication "Elements of the Philosophy of Right" was published 200 years ago. On this double occasion, the Munich philosopher Günter Zöller clearly and concisely introduces the work of the most important philosopher of the 19th century. He outlines his political and philosophical context and focuses on Hegel's four main publications as well as his late lectures on world history, aesthetics, philosophy of religion and history of philosophy.
